Had been there for 2 night and 3days with family and friends, rooms are good,all the staffs are cooperative and well behaved, location is awasome, food was nice, well cooked and testy. Overall it's good experience.

Very bad experience. Almost no service. No mineral water they serve. They serve water in a milton water container. Rooms are dirty. They delay while check in but punctual while check out. They follow Strict rule in terms of outside food. Overall experience is bad. Only good thing is their location.

Good hotel, well behaved as well as professional staff. Room tarrif was normal, not too expensive. Has restaurant. All foods are deliciously cooked, food quality was awesome. And in sufficient quantity.bathrooms, beds. Staff members are awesome 👌. Foods are very nice and tasty 😋. But I think the food prices are little high.

Very bad staff behavior... Room is so unclean full of insects, bed not good, bad quality... Food kind of good. Overall could have given 1stars but gave 3 stars....only came in this hotel fr our doggy... Not recommended

We stayed there in May 2021 for four nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. The behaviour of the manager as well as the staff was too polite. The room service was excellent. We stayed in a sea view room which was neat & clean. The food quality of the restaurant of the hotel was too good. But I think the room rent is expensive. Overall, the hotel is couple friendly family hotel👍👍

A very good and well maintain hotel at new digha and the location of the hotel is very near at sea beach(walking distence 5 min max )

The rooms are quite standard as per the rate. The staffs service is great too. And the location is on the beach so there are great sea view rooms.
